I’m Jessica, a thirty-something mother runner to three crazy (but very lovable) young boys and a lazy greyhound, living the beach life on Cape Cod. I was once asked whether I run to keep up with the boys or to run away, and I guess I would say it’s a little of both!
This is a personal blog that chronicles my journey to “stay fit and stay sane!” Sometimes you just need to get out of the house and pound the pavement! Like many of you, I have found that I am a better wife, mother, daughter, and friend when I run regularly! In my day job I work as a natural nutrition coach. I love sharing my passion for healthy eating and living with others!
As a mother and a runner, I believe strongly in helping other to live a healthy, active life. I started 30 Something Mother Runner to connect with other moms (and dads!) who run, but it has morphed into something much larger. In addition to training, I enjoy writing about parenting, food, and family travel.
I love to work with companies that also promote a healthy and fit lifestyle. I have served as a brand ambassador for a number of different companies including: Skirt Sports, Stonyfield, Balega, Joovy, For Two Fitness, Altra Running, GORE Running Wear and more.
