30 Something Mother Runner received samples of Late July Snacks (and buys them all the time on her own!) and Owl’s Brew to facilitate this review. All writing, opinions and photography are 100% my own.
One of my favorite things about the summer months is entertaining outdoors. Nothing beats cooling down after a warm summer’s day with a cocktail and appetizer on the porch with friends or family. One of our favorite pre-dinner apps is tortilla chips and with guacamole and salsa. It’s usually a hit with both adults and kids, and it’s super easy to put together on a spread. Add in an easy to prepare cocktail, and you’re good to go for an easy summer happy hour!
Late July Snacks
Our favorite tortilla chips are from Late July Snacks— a local Cape Cod company! Located in Barnstable, MA, Late July makes a DELICIOUS line of tortilla chips from restaurant style chips to multigrain tortilla chips. Made with organic, non-GMO ingredients, Late July chips are always a hit– our absolute favorite flavor is Sea Salt and Lime (great to pair with a margarita!).
The company has recently come out with a new line of taco truck inspired flavors like Buffalo Queso, Sriracha Fresca, Nacho Chipotle, Jalapeño Lime and Bacon Habanero. Yum! You can learn more about Late July Snacks and all of their wholesome and tasty snacks HERE.
Owl’s Brew Cocktail Blends
If you are looking for a cocktail blend to pair with most items in your liquor cabinet or on the bar cart (vodka, tequila, rum, whiskey, gin, or champagne), check out Owl’s Brew. These tea-based cocktail blends come in five flavors: The Classic, White and Vine, Wicked Green, Pink and Black and Coco-Lada. It can be hard to choose just one, so grab the gift set and you can sample Pink and Black, Coco-Lada and the Classic. My favorite combo is the Coco-Lada and spiced rum over ice – SO GOOD!
Owl’s Brew cocktail blends are the very first teas made especially for use with cocktails. They are all natural, fresh brewed and bottled in Vermont in small batches. Another bonus- no artificial flavors or colors (yay!). Click HERE to find out where to buy Owl’s Brew blends in your neighborhood.
