I am enjoying a non-cooking week while we are on vacation, but I made a meal plan ahead for everyone else to enjoy!

Monday: Spicy Shrimp Burrito Bowls— these look delish! 🙂

Tuesday: Lemon Herb Chicken Sheet Pan with Rainbow Vegetables and brown rice.

Wednesday: The “Best” Vegetable Enchiladas with Mexican rice.

Thursday: Garlic Beef and Veggie Ramen

Friday: Three Cheese Pesto Spinach Flatbread Pizza with Caesar Salad.
