Back from a rainy, but fun Mother’s Day weekend. Hope all of the moms out there got a little rest and relaxation yesterday. I celebrated with my mom on Saturday at the MV Wine Fest— fantastic wines and so many delicious food options! After a trip to the island, I’m ready to bring on summer!
Without further ado, here’s the meal plan for the week:
Monday: One Pot Chili Mac and Cheese with Cornbread and Garden Salad.
Tuesday: 20-Minute Tuscan Chicken with Penne Pasta and Garlic Bread and Salad.
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Steak and Potato Soup with crusty bread.
Thursday: BLTs with sweet potato fries and sweet corn.
Friday: Hawaiian BBQ Pizza with Lemon Caesar Salad.
