I am very excited that today and tomorrow, my husband will be working from home. A zero minute commute means a morning run in full sunlight!
I readily admit that I am still freaked from my last morning run, so I have decided that until it’s light out during the early morning hours (not for another couple of months here!), I will wait for daylight to head out.
While I realize that I may still encounter some wild creatures on the run, I think being able to see them will make it much easier! I really feel like I have been in a bit of a funk running wise since the move. I know that a lot of it has to do with the fact that we are just trying to get back to some sense of normalcy here.
While I am SO HAPPY to be here—I do miss the running routine I had before. I need create a new one and STAT! I am confident it will fall into place over the next few weeks. I just need to be patient (sometimes I have a hard time with that!).
Any good advice for busting out of this rut?
